Become a peer coach

Sign up to participate in our Peer Coaching online training. It is the first step towards building a strong foundation for a productive coaching relationship. The course provides the essential knowledge and tools to get started.

Find a peer

Our team can help you find the right peer coach to work with, or if you prefer, you can choose one yourself through the available options. Keep in mind that peer coaching can take many forms, such as pairs, triads, or small groups, and can be done either in-person or remotely.

Get talking

Begin your sessions with goal setting and end with action planning. Structure discussions around the BH model, which can help to address obstacles or issues that you may be grappling with. You may also choose to focus on specific skill development priorities, or just about anything else that interests you
