Michelle P King

Dr Michelle Penelope King is a globally recognized expert on inequality and organizational culture. She has worked for some of the world’s leading organizations like Netflix and the United Nations.

Based on over a decade’s worth of research, Dr. King believes that the key to advancing your career and finding meaning at work starts with knowing how to make your workplace work for everyone (including you!).

Dr. King is the host of a popular podcast called The Fix and she is the author of the bestselling, award-winning book: The Fix: Overcome the Invisible Barriers that are Holding Women Back at Work. Dr. Kings next book How Work Works: How To Advance Without Losing Yourself, will be released on the 10th of October 2023 and it details the four ways we can advance at work and build a meaningful career.

Dr. King has been featured in The Economist, Harvard Business Review, CNBC, CNN Business, Fortune, Financial Times, Bloomberg, Time, Business Insider, The Times, Daily Mail and LinkedIn Editors.

In 2021, Dr. King launched Belong Here to share her research and insights with the next generation of leaders and offer a platform where they could connect, develop, and discover how to advance while paying it forward – and debunk the myth that success is a solo sport!
